WHAT WE ARE PLEASED TO COVER:

We are delighted to provide a 2-night stay at the wedding venue for our guests, along with meals connected to the celebration and special event drinks.

WHAT YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

Guests will be responsible for their own airfare or travel to and from the venue, as well as any extracurricular activities in Florence.

IS THERE A DRESS CODE?

Dress to impress! Our wedding is Formal or Black Tie optional, meaning women should wear floor length dresses or gowns and men should wear formal tuxedos or suits.

CAN I BRING A PLUS ONE?

In order to keep our wedding as intimate as possible, only the guests formally listed on your wedding invitation will be accommodated. If you have received a plus one, please include their name when you RSVP.

WHAT IF I DIDN'T RSVP IN TIME?

If we do not receive your RSVP by June 1, 2025, it will automatically be marked as "no". We will miss celebrating with you but it is imperative we provide our vendors with a final guest count within the time they have given us. Thank you for understanding!

ARE CHILDREN INVITED?

While we love your little ones, this is strictly an adults-only occasion with an exception to those in the bridal party.

WILL THERE BE AN OPEN BAR?

Yes! The drinks are on us, but the hangover is on you! If you plan on drinking and have separate accommodation arrangements, please arrange transportation from the venue. We want all of our loved ones to get home safely!

What should I do if I need to make changes to my RSVP or can no longer attend after the deadline?

If unforeseen circumstances arise and you can no longer attend, please inform the bride and groom as soon as possible so we can make necessary adjustments. We understand that life happens and will do our best to accommodate! However, if no notice is given, you will be responsible for covering your portion of room and meal costs for the weekend.
